Human Design for Wellness & Empowerment
Perfect for wellness studios and conscious venues, this workshop invites participants into a powerful journey of self-discovery and energy alignment. Using the lens of Human Design, attendees gain tools to elevate their frequency, reconnect with their true selves, and step more fully into empowered living. These workshops can also incorporate movement or additional healing modalities such as yoga, sound baths, or breathwork, creating a beautiful opportunity for collaboration and a deeper, multi-dimensional healing experience.
Human Design for the Classroom
Based on my upcoming book, Human Design for the Not-so-Calm Classroom, this workshop provides teachers and school leaders with invaluable insight into how to best support and teach individual students (at the micro level), while also creating powerful, harmonious school teams (at the macro level). With 10 years of experience teaching in public schools—5 years in Chicago and 5 in Los Angeles—as well as serving as a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Coordinator for 2 years and an Instructional Coach for 3 years, I bring a deep understanding of the educational system and its unique challenges. I’ve led numerous school-wide professional development sessions and know how to translate complex ideas into practical, real-life applications for the classroom. This workshop ensures that everyone involved—students, teachers, leaders, and staff—can experience greater emotional well-being, stronger connections, and higher levels of achievement and growth.

Parents will learn how to nurture each child based on their energy type and strategy, fostering deeper connection, emotional intelligence, and a lifelong foundation of purpose-driven living from an early age.
Human Design with Reconnect Holistic Healing
This workshop is a vibrant and heart-centered collaboration with my husband, Cliff Divine, founder of Reconnect Nonprofit. Designed for groups looking to reconnect on all levels, the experience opens and closes with dynamic Reconnect Circles—powerful moments of collective presence and physical connection. In the center of the experience, I guide participants through a Human Design journey that empowers them to reconnect with their divine blueprint and embrace their most aligned, purposeful selves. Cliff offers an uplifting empowerment speech and a guided meditation that channels healing energy toward a loved one—living or passed—whom the participant wishes to reconnect with energetically. Each guest leaves with a personal call to action: to reach out and truly reconnect with someone in their life, and to inspire that person to do the same—rippling healing outward into our world.
